I bought something and it is not unlocked

Open the app, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought with.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the store: on iPhone in Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions. Our apps also link there from their Settings.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google. Ask through your App Store or Google Play purchase history.

How do I delete my data?

Your progress is stored only on your device. Reset it from the app's Settings, or delete the app.
